FAQs

1) When will my order ship? 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Expedited shipments placed Monday – Saturday before 2 pm (PST) will ship the next day. Orders placed after 2 pm (PST) will ship 2 following business days. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday (if Monday is a holiday).

 2) Will I get a tracking number? 

Yes. You will receive a USPS tracking number within 3-4 business days of when you placed your order. 

3) What kind of jewelry do you sell?  

We are currently selling 14k Solid Gold, 18k Gold filled and some Sterling Silver pieces. Please read jewelry descriptions thoroughly before completing your orders. 

4) Where is my order shipping from?

As of 2025, all orders are being shipped from Henderson, NV. Please be patient with processing and shipping times. We are still very much a tiny small business. :)
